Due to the sacred nature of our spiritual and devotional products, we maintain a strict no-return and no-replacement policy to preserve their hygiene, purity, and spiritual integrity. Products once delivered are considered consecrated and personal, and thus cannot be taken back or exchanged.
Returns are accepted only in three valid cases: if the product received is damaged, incorrect/mismatched, or the package is empty or has missing items. No other reasons, including personal preferences or fragrance dislikes, are eligible for return or replacement.
Unboxing video and clear photographs are mandatory to process any claim. The video must begin before opening the package, clearly show the shipping label, full product, and the issue. No claim will be entertained without this proof or if submitted beyond 12 hours of delivery.
Returns will not be accepted if the product is used, opened, or tampered, if the proof is missing/incomplete, or if the complaint is delayed beyond the 12-hour deadline. Requests without valid reason or documentation will be automatically rejected.

Damaged in Transit: We use leakproof bottles and high-quality packaging materials to ensure that our products are well-protected during transit. Due to our secure packaging standards, the chances of leakage or damage are extremely low. However, if you receive a damaged product, please reach out to our complaint portal with proof of damage, including photos and videos of the parcel and its packaging, within 24 hours of receiving the package. Upon verification, we will assess the situation and provide an appropriate resolution.
